Ongoing Astronomy Events in the GTA

Ontario Science Centre

Our mission is to "To delight, inform and challenge visitors through engaging and thought-provoking experiences in science and technology."

Programs include daily planetarium shows, space exhibits, free public star parties and astronomy lectures, curriculum-linked school programs in space and astronomy, and current science presentations on site and online. Cosmic Connections

Cosmic Connections brings the wonders of the universe right into your classroom. Our interactive presentations take the students on an unforgettable journey through the cosmos that address the many questions students ask to satisfy their curiosity of astronomy. Each of our presentations for Grades 1, 6, 9 and 12 are based upon the curriculum requirements for each grade.

David Dunlap Observatory

David Dunlap Observatory offers school and scout tours between the months of October and June. School tours run 10:00 to 11:30 am and scout tours run 7:00 to 8:30 pm during the weekdays.
