I completed my PhD in the Department of Astronomy & Astrophysics and the Dunlap Institute for Astronomy & Astrophysics at the University of Toronto. For my PhD thesis, I was grateful to work under the supervision of Renee Hlozek (Dunlap Institute) to understand how the universe transitioned from neutral to ionized. I'm very passionate about outreach activities, getting the public excited about the universe and all we are trying to figure out in the universe. Particularly, I'm interested in reaching young students in high schools to get them interested in pursuing Astronomy, or science in general as a career.
