Supplementary Notes 

VI photometry by Bica et al. (1996) shows the colour-magnitude diagram 
has a red HB and indicates that the cluster is metal rich, [Fe/H] = ~-0.6. 
Their photometry extended to the main sequece turn-off region and showed 
a blue straggler population.  However, they did not carry out a variable 
star search and did not discuss the known variable stars.

  V1-2
    Fourcade et al. (1966) with x,y positions and ID chart
    The RA and dec were derived by Samus et al. (2009) who commented
    that V2 is very red.
